HingeCraft Engineering Hub is where ideas become manufacturable, repairable products. It blends parametric, rules-driven design with DFM/FEA checks, turning concepts into auto-generated BOMs, cut-lists, and print/toolpath files that comply with HingeCraft Standards (HCS) and Printer Design Kits (PrDKs). Prototypes run through fixtures and life-cycle rigs; results stream into each part’s Digital Product Passport (DPP) for traceability. The hub hands jobs to nearby certified micro-factories, closes the loop on field feedback, and version-controls upgrades—shrinking time-to-market, boosting quality, and making “standardize the bones, free the creative” real.
